1. Booking

• Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or by email.
• A confirmation will be sent by email or message as soon as your reservation is confirmed.
• Some services require a deposit to guarantee the reservation.

2. Payment

• Payments can be made online or on site, depending on the option chosen.
• Prices are quoted in Ariary (MGA) or foreign currency, as applicable.
• Applicable taxes and fees are included, unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancellations must be reported in writing to lavalavatoursmada.mg@gmail.com.
• Refund conditions:
  • Cancellation 7 days prior: full refund.
  • Cancellation 3 to 6 days prior: 50% of the amount.
  • Cancellation less than 3 days prior: non-refundable.

4. Liability

Lavalava Tours cannot be held liable for any loss, accident, or damage occurring during excursions, except in cases of negligence on our part. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with safety rules and follow the instructions of our guides.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to change schedules, itineraries, or prices in the event of exceptional circumstances (weather, safety, force majeure).
